Mr. Siva Devireddy, Founder & CEO,

Founder and CEO of, Mr. Siva Devireddy received 1st National Award for outstanding contribution in the field of 'Marketing of Handloom Products (e-Commerce) from Ministry of Textile, Government of India. The former Director of Accenture’s Innovation Center in Bengaluru, Shri Devireddy through his online market place is giving rural handloom weavers’ co-operatives access to the global market. GoCoop, is an online Marketplace established with the objective of providing a platform to weaver and artisan co-operatives and community based enterprises in rural India. The platform currently supports weavers & artisans from over 8 states, 40 clusters, 200 co-operatives with over 50,000 artisans selling over 20,000 products. It works closely with the co-operatives & community based organisations in the Handloom clusters to enable them to sell their products online and in the process of packing and shipping the products. GoCoop also supports the artisans in merchandising and product development through trainings & educational workshops. The objective is to not only provide marketing linkage but also improve their design, quality and efficiency in the process. GoCoop was the first organisation showcased by Google CEO at the launch of Google digital unlocked in Delhi recently. GoCoop’s business model on connecting rural artisans to global buyers was also appreciated in Forbes India Magazine.

Prior to Craftsvilla, he was Principal at Nexus Venture Partners the leading venture fund of India where he invested in E-commerce companies of India (, His venture is a global market place of promoting ethnic products of India. Craftsvilla is one of the fastest growing e-commerce platforms in the handcrafted goods space. Monica Gupta, his wife and Co-Founder of Craftsvilla has won the Karmayogini Award 2012 from the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. has also been hailed in the various media including Times of India, Hindu, Economic Times, WSJ etc as the "Hottest Young Company in Handicrafts in India" which is bringing positive change in the livelihood of base level artisans and designers.


Karma Bhutia, Founder and CEO,

Karma Bhutia, who hails from India’s northeastern state of Sikkim, has been in the software industry for over two decades. Before he ventured into founding iShippo, he ran his own source and strategy consulting company in Bangalore - India’s Silicon Valley. He’s done work for Apple, the World Bank, SAP , Dell , Intel – he’s built several of India’s large player startups, including TaxiForSure, Cleartrip - the list goes on. Ishippo was hailed as the India’s Etsy by Forbes Magazine in the year 2016.

Founded in January 2015, Weavesmart is an online aggregator platform working exclusively with weavers in various Indian states and enabling them to sell their products online directly to customers from across the globe. Weavesmart is the first website to be authorized by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India to directly deal with the weavers. Originally started with one handloom weaver cluster in Pochampally area in the state of Telangana, the Company has expanded its presence in various weaver clusters in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.

Vineeth Ravindran Founder & CEO

Having lived and handled assignments across the country, Vineeth has learnt firsthand the distress in the lives of the rural artisans across the country. After working for more than 18 years for various top conglomerates like TATA, Reliance and Aditya Birla Group, Vineeth started Chasing Sun in Jan 2015 as a social impact platform to showcase the Indian artisans to the global audience. The idea was to leverage technology to create a positive impact in the lives of the rural artisans and making it financially viable for them to continue with the art form that they have been practicing for generations.

Meghnath Singh, Founder and CEO, GISKAA (Moderator)

Although Meghanath has been living outside of Manipur for the past 23 years, he has always had a continuous yearning to contribute something to his home state and the Northeast region. is an outcome of that yearning. He is the driving force behind the GISKAA team and is the torch bearer defining and shaping organizational strategies and team direction.

Meghanath comes with more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He excels in providing technology leadership, product development, growing key customer accounts and leading offshore delivery organizations. He has extensive project and consulting experience, spearheading and delivering technology solutions globally across US, Europe and Japan.

Prior to founding Catena Technologies, Meghanath worked with IMS Health, a global leader in healthcare data and technology solutions provider. He is originally from Manipur and is based in our Bangalore office.

Meghanath spends his personal time with his family and pet dogs. He loves playing the guitar and is also a guitarist in a Heavy Metal band.
